ENDURANCE

Prayer for God's strength to be victorious in every challenge you face.

We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. (Colossians 1:9-12)

Prayer Focus & Action
Use this prayer statement to lead you into your own prayer with God

Prayer Focus:  Lord Jesus, help me endure today's struggles so that you can be glorified through my life.

Prayer Action:  After some prayer, remain in silence for an extended period of time.  Reflect upon Jesus' own struggles in life and how you have seen God carry you through tough times in the past.  Close your prayer time by inviting God's Spirit of comfort and strength to carry you along.
