Prayer for growth in knowledge of God's will.

We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. (Colossians 1:9-12)

Jeremiah 24:6-7
My eyes will watch over them for their good, and I will bring them back to this land. I will build them up and not tear them down; I will plant them and not uproot them.  I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart. 
Prayer Focus & Action

Prayer Focus:  Lord Jesus, give me a heart that knows and trusts you.

Prayer Action:  After some prayer, remain in silence for an extended period of time, focusing on the above scripture passage and listening to what God might be saying to you through it.
