Start each day by offering yourself to Jesus. Before you check your phone, pray: “Jesus, I come to You. I surrender today—my plans, my energy, my fears. I trust You with this day.”
Don’t read Scripture just for information and head knowledge. Read it as an invitation to learn from Jesus. Let his Word realign your spiritual rhythms and habits toward humility, grace, and trust.
“Am I carrying something God didn’t ask me to carry?”
Are you striving to please others? Trying to earn love? Let go. Invite Jesus into that burden.
One of the best ways to practice sacred surrender is by keeping Sabbath—a weekly rhythm of rest that says: “I’m not God. I can stop working and still be loved.” Sabbath is not laziness. It’s trusting God to hold your world while you rest in His presence.
